Wow! I took my 6 year old kid for a quick trip to Charlotte and the original hotel we had ( which was only $10 less than homewood) pool was shut down and they didn’t tell us prior to checkin which is what my kid really wanted so I booked homewood suites and WOW! It was beautiful place. Rooms were huge, staff were nice and helpful, my kid thought it was cool they wrote welcome and my name on the TV. This would 100% be my hotel choice if I come back to the area and I was surprised at the quality different between the two hotels for only $10 difference.

Staff is super helpful and very accommodating. Everything is kept very clean and organized. But the woman who runs the breakfast on Sunday (did not get her name unfortunately) is top notch. If you drop any crumbs they disappear almost immediately and food is kept fully stocked. She is very friendly and the other breakfast staff are super nice. Gym is in good condition and tv works, which is not always the case. Someone is doing things right at this location.

Everything! They allow pets, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and essentially full size minus an oven. It was very much a home away from home even, if just for one night. Staff was very sweet and helped us with our stay. Breakfast had various items to choose from.

The room was absolutely spotless. Bathroom amenities were better than any other hotel I've stayed in. We absolutely loved the full size kitchen in our basic room. Outdoor patio was also wonderful, with a fire pit and 2 grills available it would be perfect for any occasion.

Breakfast was pretty decent. Cleanliness an overall location of hotel was perfect. This is my go to hotel to stay at when I'm in that area. The staff was all helpful an friendly.
