Wow! I took my 6 year old kid for a quick trip to Charlotte and the original hotel we had ( which was only $10 less than homewood) pool was shut down and they didn’t tell us prior to checkin which is what my kid really wanted so I booked homewood suites and WOW! It was beautiful place. Rooms were huge, staff were nice and helpful, my kid thought it was cool they wrote welcome and my name on the TV. This would 100% be my hotel choice if I come back to the area and I was surprised at the quality different between the two hotels for only $10 difference.

Breakfast was actually good for a hotel. I don't normally eat hotel breakfast often. Not a fan of powdered eggs and precooked bacon. However, their breakfast was actually decent. Beds were comfy, facilities were clean, staff was friendly. When we moved the sofa bed to make tv viewing for our kid better, it was actually clean behind it! Not something you find often. We had a little kitchenette which was nice. They also accommodated our dog which was great. Overall, would recommend.

place was very clean, staff wonderful and helpful. Due to A power outage, Did not receive breakfast, no water or electricity when we woke up. Got dressed in the dark. A gentleman in the lobby who worked there gave me a flashlight so I could use the bathroom. Staff went above and beyond during this issue

The room was absolutely spotless. Bathroom amenities were better than any other hotel I've stayed in. We absolutely loved the full size kitchen in our basic room. Outdoor patio was also wonderful, with a fire pit and 2 grills available it would be perfect for any occasion.

Gen Steele was the manager and she was so helpful and accommodating. On the way out a meal was left from dinner and she herself went back up to the room to grab it. She also checked on my guest and I each time she saw us in the hotel . Gen had very great customer service.
